Extremely Disappointed with Curry Motors and Ford Motor Company I had my 2019 F150 3.0 Powerstroke Diesel truck towed to Curry Motors while working in Indiana, only to be informed that the engine needed to be replaced at approximately 120,000 miles. The estimated cost of the repair is around $16,000, which is already an extremely difficult pill to swallow for a diesel truck that has been meticulously maintained since day one. My truck has now been at the dealership for three weeks. The replacement engine was ordered and received within four business days, yet here we are three weeks later, and my truck is still sitting there unfinished. When I call for updates, I repeatedly find myself having to call back because of a frustrating lack of communication and follow-through. What makes this situation even more aggravating is learning that the diesel mechanic assigned to my truck was pulled off the job to work on fleet vehicles, which I witnessed first hand on a personal visit to the dealership. Apparently, fleet work takes priority over a paying customer who is facing a $16,000 repair bill and depending on his vehicle to get home. I was told the truck would be completed, only to be informed later that additional parts had not been received and that the transmission torque converter now also needs to be replaced. I understand that unexpected complications can arise during major repairs, and I recognize that parts availability can sometimes cause delays. However, three weeks of waiting, poor communication, shifting completion dates, and a lack of clear accountability are simply unacceptable, especially when the dealership has had the replacement engine for most of that time. This situation has created a significant financial and personal burden. I am working out of state and need my truck to tow my RV home. Instead, I continue paying for rental vehicles and an RV campground while losing valuable work time and income. These are unnecessary expenses that continue to accumulate while I wait for a repair that I was led to believe would already be completed. I am absolutely disgusted with Ford Motor Company over the fact that a diesel engine would require replacement at approximately 120,000 miles despite meticulous maintenance throughout the truck's life. That concern is compounded by my experience with Curry Motors and the way this repair has been handled. At this point, I expect more than excuses and another estimated completion date. I expect consistent communication, a clear explanation of what remains to be done, an accurate timeline, and accountability for getting my truck completed. My experience with Curry Motors has been extremely disappointing. When a customer is facing a $16,000 repair bill, the least they should be able to expect is professional communication, reasonable progress, and respect for the time and financial consequences involved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and apparently neither the GM and service manager have professionalism nor customer service to return a requested call back.

Great friendly team. Not pushy and let the deal naturally flow. I watched other interactions while I was there and all were treated the same regardless of purchasing power.
