I'm five hours away from home on a work trip and five hours from my destination. I have a critical battery meltdown in my fleet vehicle. Luckily, I'm a mile from Currie Motors so I head there immediately. The service advisor immediately takes me in, gets my information, and has a tech working on it within 15 mins. two hours later my repairs have been authorized by my fleet manager and I'm back on the road. The service advisor made sure to keep me updated on what was going on and remarkably was able to get me back on the road in record time. Thank you to the service advisors and the technicians at Currie Ford of Valpo for helping me with my extremely flat tire from a pothole. The dealership's parking lot was the closest option nearby. This team didn't hesitate to help out right away when I asked for some assistance. I bought my vehicle from this location back in May and just this past Wednesday found out I had a pretty bad oil leak. I dropped my car off with the service advisor. He was very polite. I have a warranty but we all know sometimes parts aren't covered but thankfully mine was. On Valentine's Day he went into work even though he was off and made sure to keep me updated about if my part was covered. Then Monday afternoon rolls around and my vehicle is fixed and ready to go home with me. The service advisor has a great work ethic and I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate him going into work on his day off just to update me.

Our salesperson and his team provided outstanding service in helping me find a truck that perfectly fits my needs. He was highly professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my specific requirements… I'm updating my review to share just how grateful I am for the excellent job this dealership and especially our salesperson did when I bought my F-150. Their customer service went beyond just making a sale; they took the time to really show me the features of the truck and share helpful personal insights. Around 3 a.m. this morning, my home's fire alarm suddenly went off… I immediately called 911 and began getting my family and pets out of the house. In the middle of that panic, something our salesperson told me during our visit came to mind. He had shared how his parents, during family road trips in their F-150, would fold the back seats up to make room for their dogs to ride comfortably. Remembering that, I quickly folded the seats up just like he showed me, and was able to get my family and pets safely and comfortably into the truck while we waited for emergency responders.Thankfully, it turned out to be a faulty sensor causing the alarm no real danger. But in that stressful moment, having the right vehicle and knowing how to use it made all the difference. Huge thanks to our salesperson and the team for not just selling a truck, but for taking the time to share real-life experiences that ended up helping my family in a real emergency.

This sweet 2025 Ford Maverick Lobo is mine, all mine! With a BIG shout out to our salesperson! My husband and I slow-rolled through the dealership, but didn't see any Mavericks outside, so we rolled to the stop sign to exit. Our salesperson darn near chased us down to get us to come back and talk. That eagerness doesn't work on everyone... but I'm in sales, too, and I understand what it takes to be that kind of go-getter. I was laughing when he got to my car window at that stop sign, happy that he stopped us and could show us where the Mavericks were. He pulled out an XLT to test-drive and I knew the Maverick would be my choice. But when we walked inside to talk about the XLTs, one look and I was in love at this beautiful Lobo on the showroom floor, just sitting there waiting for me.Thank you to our salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager for making MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR purchase so easy (a long process, yawn, but easy!) We worked with our sales manager for over a month to add all the dealership extras we wanted to make our one of a kind Dark Horse absolutely perfect. When it was all ready, we drove from Baton Rouge, LA, to Valpo Indiana to trade our truck on our new car. Our salesperson was waiting on us at the door when we arrived and he was awesome to work with. He helped us get our truck appraised and get our deal all finalized and guided us through all of our new car features.Our finance guy helped us get exactly the deal we wanted along with all the extra warranties we wanted for our Roush supercharger!! All in all the whole team was high energy, communication was excellent and the whole buying experience was FUN! I'm highly impressed by my experience at Currie Ford of Valpo. The sales manager talked to us by phone and explained the process, and he was prepared for our meeting. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by very professional staff. I was nervous about bringing my two kids to buy a car, but they made me and my family feel welcome. Our salesperson helped me learn the bells and whistles of the new car (and he even had crayons and coloring stuff for the kids).
