Everyone I talked was polite and seemed knowledgeable on everything we talked about. I was concerned that I wasn’t given a printed 2026 Maverick owners manual. I’m 76 years old and not to computer savvy and would be more comfortable reading a manual instead of trying to find things online. My wife and I were treated very well and Ahmed Ibrahim was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the new Maverick pickup we bought! Overall it was a pleasant experience except it took 6 hours to complete the deal! The only thing I didn’t like was not getting a printed 534 page owners manual. I recently purchased a new 2026 Raptor from Currie Ford and had a great buying experience, my sales associate was Santos Martinez. Santos was knowledgeable and professional answering all of my questions prior to visiting the dealership. This was important to me as I live four hours from Valpo. The deal was complete prior to me arriving to pick up my new truck. I also worked with Michael Herma in financing, again knowledgeable and professional. Currie has a return policy if you want to return your car for a car of equal or higher value. However, there are catches. When I went to return the car I purchased, they changed the original trade-in value of my car and giving me $1,500 less. So the exchange ended up costing me an extra $1,500.
