Staff is friendly and helpful. They are usually right on target when giving an estimate on the amount of time and charges for the service. The waiting room is comfortable, offers seating (and coffee) for those who need to use their computer while vehicle is being serviced. I know they also offer complimentary pickup service (although I have not needed).

Michal did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I test drove my vehicle while it was getting dark outside, I didn’t do a thorough inspection of all the features because I had done so much research I thought I knew what I was getting with my equipment group. I later found that not only did I not have the factory sprayed in bed liner but I also later found that I had the basic pro power on board (not the 9.6 kw)

Went in a couple weeks ago to look into purchasing a new vehicle. Ended up leaving with brand new 2024 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier. Isahia and Brendan were both super helpful and all around awesome to deal with. Then did some paperwork with Dominick and everything was quick and smooth with him as well. 10 out 10 would recommend dealing with these guys. Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Roush truck with Active Exhaust as stated on sticker. Turned out not to be true! Terrible experience. Very questionable sales tactics. First and last time. I never have gone back. I drive a good distance for routine maintenance, won’t bring the truck back there.
