Currie Motors Ford of Valpo is proud to call the Valparaiso area home. Over the years, we’ve received endless support from the community at our Ford dealership in Valparaiso. Because of this, we feel it’s our responsibility to give back to those who support us in any we can. Local involvement is a key part of our identity, and we strive to create mutually beneficial relationships with various local organizations that work to better the community at large.

We’re happy to host many fun local events and sponsor an array of businesses and groups that keep our community safe, hospitable and welcoming for all. Here are a few of the organizations we’re lucky enough to sponsor at our Indiana Ford dealer:

Lions Club Car Raffle: March-October

The annual Lions Club Car Raffle represents one of the ways we support organizations dedicated to serving the Valparaiso area. Running from March through October, this event helps the Lions Club raise critical funds for various causes around the community. We are pleased to contribute by providing resources and support, helping the club in its mission to offer vision care and other vital services to those in need.

Wine Fest: July 18

Wine Fest is a summer highlight in Valparaiso, offering a lively atmosphere where locals and guests gather to enjoy samples from regional wineries. As a community sponsor, Currie Motors Ford of Valpo is proud to help create a memorable evening filled with music, local flavors and social connection.

Downtown Trick or Treat: October 23

Celebrating the creativity and fun of autumn, Downtown Trick or Treat offers a safe and spirited environment for families. Businesses in downtown Valparaiso open their doors to young ones in costume, handing out treats and providing entertainment along the way. We are thrilled to participate and help make this event enjoyable for children and parents alike.

Valpo Parks Foundation

The Valpo Parks are reflective of the community’s vibrancy and are a visible symbol of the quality of life in Valparaiso. The Valpo Parks Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, exists to support the Valpo Parks Department. The Foundation often serves as a catalyst to bring projects to fruition, capturing the spirit and character of residents working side-by-side to make our community even stronger. The Valpo Parks Foundation brings people and community resources together to enhance and sustain the highest quality park facilities and programs.

Party in the Park: June 11

Party in the Park brings together families, neighbors and friends for a day of celebration in Valpo’s beautiful park system. As a sponsor, Currie Motors Ford of Valpo enjoys supporting this event that highlights the importance of outdoor spaces and recreation in our community.

Creekside Classic: July 16

The Creekside Classic is a summer staple, featuring activities that appeal to community members of all ages. Whether through friendly competition or shared experiences, this event is an example of how Currie Motors Ford of Valpo supports opportunities for residents to connect and stay active.

Friends & Legends: October 1

Friends & Legends showcases local talent and honors the contributions of those who have made a difference in Valparaiso. We are proud to stand behind the Valpo Parks Foundation in celebrating the achievements and legacy of community leaders.
